Furthermore, it shows the difference between static and dynamic payback period and describes also the advantages, disadvantages, and purpose of this investment calculation method. Moreover, all factors of influence of the payback period required for this calculation will be explained and, under consideration of these, a calculation of the static and dynamic payback period will be developed.
