The study examines the work of the philosopher and literature Nobel Prize winner Rudolf Eucken, who gathered around him a circle of likeminded souls after the First World War. The aim of this movement, which was organized in 1919 under the moniker Euckenbund, was the comprehensive spiritual reform of society. Even after Eucken's death in 1926, the Euckenbund continued to exist and even remained active during National Socialism.
