Norbert Horn combines practical relevance and doctrinal precision with a sense for over-arching economic and legal perspectives and issues of justice. Areas of focus include: contract law, terms and conditions, the laws of guarantees, commerce and corporations, banking and capital markets law, including their international dimensions and Eurocurrency law. This work will stimulate attorneys with an outlook on the constants of legal work.
