The new edition includes all amendments to the JGG since 2011, including the replacement of retroactive preventive detention by reserved preventive detention for young offenders, the introduction of "warning-shot detention," the legal regulation of prior probation, and the changes to the JGG resulting from the Act on Staffing of Major Criminal and Juvenile Courts and the Act to Strengthen the Rights of Victims of Sexual Abuse (StORMG).
