Poetry, I love to write Mostly, in the middle of the night I will write, as long as I'm able Sitting in silence, at my kitchen table I hope you have enjoyed my book It was nice of you take a look So, I'll finish this one now It's easy once you know how Try to jot down a few lines And, try not to focus too much on the rhymes Thank you so much, for reading each page I'm starting to get up there in age But, for as long as time gives me I'll be writing poems for all to see So, I'll bring this one to an end I'll write more down the road, my dear friend
