Creative writing is something that I have always loved doing. But having worked in a slew of different Marketing roles in corporate America for over a decade, my "story-telling" came in the form of presentations, reports & emails.

But then my son was born this past year, and while on maternity leave, I was inspired to write. I adored seeing the relationship between my newborn and six-year-old dog, which is how my picture book characters Harlow & Finn were born. And to put an adorable twist on it, I made them woodland creatures.

I currently live in Basking Ridge, NJ with my husband, 9-month old son, and 6-year old German Shepherd mix. In my free time, I absolutely love to cook and swim in my pool. I graduated from UMass Amherst with a major in Marketing & a minor in Psychology.
