This book explores transformation of organizational structures and governance in a VUCA world, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence (AI). In an era characterized by globalization, technological upheavals and climate change, traditional human resources practices and classical management models show obvious limitations. AI emerges as a transformative force, redefining work through human-AI collaboration, role rewriting and necessary retraining. This book critiques outdated management paradigms, analyzes the integration of AI into governance models, and explores the evolving relationship between humans and machines to provide a roadmap for organizations. The author provides an assessment of how AI is transforming the workplace and offers actionable strategies for organizations to navigate this changing landscape. The author also provides a system for human-centric, ethical integration of AI into today's work environment.
