In the year 1972 over 30 years ago, she began to type them on a typewriter (old at that time) with some missing keys and very hard to read 12 pt. type. This collection of very short stories is primarily to help us process some important emotions as we grow in experience sometimes unusual situations. The author being an only child, as experienced many days of being alone and therefore has had some imaginary friends or animated objects such as the little engine with thoughts. Annabelle Love Whitinger was born in Toledo, Ohio in 1929. She now resides in New Braunfels, Texas. When Annabelle was 11 years old her mother passed away leaving this only child to be reared by her grandmother and her father. She graduated from high school, married reared four children and told stories to little ones for many years. Her passion is to pass along the enjoyment of reading to children and as they read, they gain some insight on some of our most delightful emotions.
