Ltd a world class consultancy organization which has four Divisions, HRD, Projects, Environment and IT Services and has successfully steered its growth since 1979. Apart from providing effective consultation to a number of companies around the world on specific organizational management and motivational issues, he has organized and conducted various management and self-improvement workshops with great success. He is the recipient of many awards including the "Award for Excellence" from Xerox Corporation. He has authored many books with his first book "Practical Guide to Managing People" having been pubished by Prentice Hall. He is an active Rotarian and a fond golfer.
