In this book, Augustin Ngirabatware recounts... He concludes his presentation and his analysis by nourishing the hope of seeing something of what he thinks is a true international criminal justice ringing in the ears of the main stakeholders of this justice in the Rwandan tragedy of 1994.

Augustin NGIRABATWARE is of Rwandan nationality. He holds a PhD in economics from University of Fribourg (Switzerland) where he was assistant. Former part-time Lecturer at National University of Rwanda (1986-1994) and Minister of Planning of Rwanda (1990-1994), Ngirabatware served two terms as President of the Africa-Caribean- Pacific Council of Ministers (1991-1992). He was lecturer at University Omar Bongo/IST and at the Institute of Economy and Finance in Libreville, Gabon (1994-1997). A. Ngirabatware was a Researcher-Consultant at the OECD Development Center in Paris, France (1998-1999). Detained at the UN Detention Center in Arusha (Tanzania) since October 2008, he was transferred to the ICTR Detention Unit in Senegal in July 2021.
