Autorentext

Bob Clare was born in London but had a strong childhood ambition to live in the North. He fulfilled this when he married Eileen, a Blackpool lass, and settled in Preston in 1974. He has been happily exploring Lancashire ever since. After retiring as a teacher in 2007 he co-founded the popular Lancashire Walks website with John Griffiths. He contributes a walking column to the Lancashire Evening Post, the Blackpool Gazette and several other newspapers in the north west of England.
