MURDER ON A JERSEY BEACH
There was no denying she was dead, with her neck at a weird angle and her dead eyes looking up the beach. But was it because she was murdered?
This is a humorous who-done-it, and tells us about a Jersey detective inspector who's determined to solve a rare murder on a Jersey beach, not long after the occupation of the island by the Germans, before the authorities call in the English detectives to solve it.
