Nick Cole was a US Marshall who moonlighted as a vigilante taking down criminals that are overlooked by the law. He meets a woman who sets the codes for nuclear missles. Her sister was taken and she must add new codes created by the kidnappers for their own use. Nick goes after them to find the sister.
