A family outing to the zoo to see the most fantastic bird named Woo was quite an adventure. Getting to learn about this extraordinary bird and all the other birds in the aviary taught lessons about getting along with others and how everyone is unique.

I was born in Eastern Europe, living in Communist Yugoslavia in the Republic of Montenegro. One day my wife has asked me to write the memories of my life in Eastern Europe. I started writing, and suddenly I was pouring out children's stories, one after the other. I love children and grandchildren and want to bring joy to children.
