Where there is no vision, the people perish; but blessed is he who keeps the Law.

The above is a quote from the Bible, but whether or not you believe in the Christian or any religion, it holds true. Like it or not, we are at a turning point in human history. The future has arrived with a bang. The climate is changing much faster than anyone expected or that we can adapt to. The rich and powerful are on the verge of implementing technology - like AI-controlled robotics, facial recognition, and access to all your data - that would create a science fiction dystopia now. Anyone who speaks out could be identified and punished immediately: lose your job, go to a concentration camp, get your genes edited to make you more 'cooperative.' Conform, citizen.

We simply cannot go on as we have. The current huge gap between rich and poor has invariably led to revolution, fascism, and world war in the past, and today even many 'democratic' governments have been become tools of the rich.

Many of us know this, or at least sense it, but we have no idea what to do about it. Voting is clearly not sufficient. Mass protests aren't changing the behaviour of those in power and are often now criminal. Any attempts at even mild sabotage are harshly criminalized.

So what do we do? Give up and submit? Or figure out a way to get back home to a cleaner, more just world? There truly is a battle underway between evil people - sociopaths who you could easily consider demons - and the rest of us. Their greed knows no limits. They don't care about you, your children, or 'the future.' They cannot, it is who sociopaths are.

Tribal cultures protected themselves from such demons, even killing them if necessary. We elevate them to the highest positions of power, and that has been a fatal mistake. This small book discusses the damage they've done and what we can do about reclaiming our humanity and our world. What we must do, or we shall perish.
