My journey with Christ is about how I joined church to give my life to God. I joined church to become closer to God. As time went on in this church, all sorts of drama started, beginning with the pastor and his moles. It had gotten so out of control things started to turn physical. I got dismissed from that church that begun my journey with Christ. After the first church, I had traveled to three other churches since, then dealing with the same issuesjealousy, betrayaland discouraged, let down, heartbroken, and angry at being belittled from the pulpit, you will read from one church to the next what I experienced in each church and how I kept my faith in God.

My life as Brigitt Walker's life hasn't been easy; however, there is a story behind everything I have gone through. She was born in Virginia to the parents of six kids at the time. When she was two, they moved to the rough streets of New York, where she learned to survive. Ultimately, her parents had three more children, which totaled ten children. At the age of nineteen, she had her first child; although she was not ready, she did the best she could to raise him to be a strong man without the presence of his father. They struggled, but they survived, and eight years later, she had her baby girl. The struggle continued; they had good times and hard times. However, her children kept her determined to survive the hardships that she faced. Today she looks back on every struggle and thinks of all her current struggles and continues to grow stronger and become closer to God. As she has grown into the woman she is today, she learned that family and friends are capable of becoming your enemies, but at the same time she has learned to forgive and move forward.
