Flavio Neri Hadmann Jasper is a Retired Colonel of the Brazilian Air Force, with experience in Search and Rescue, Patrol, and Special Operations aviation. He holds a master's and PhD in Aerospace Sciences (UNIFA) and is a professor and researcher in Strategic Aerospace Thinking.
