They are not heroes, but just ordinary people of different origins, nationalities, and religions. Nothing binds them except the autumn streets of New York and the desire to explore them. They do not yet know that one of the most terrible catastrophes in the history of mankind will soon occur, changing the Earth in an instant and of which they may become participants.

In the meantime, they just walk along the avenues, not thinking about high matters and about fate, which for them wants and can become synonymous with the word: Death.
