Serenity is a young vampire trying to safely make it back home after escaping to Scotland from a vacation gone wrong in America. She ends up in trouble with vampire hunters in Scotland and battles with them. Serenity even ends up in the middle of battle between two men she cares for named Cloud and Nightmare III.
