What will you do when your community is targeted by terrorists as part of a full-scale attack on your homeland?

John Crenshaw, a small-town lawyer, recruits some friends who are ordinary citizens and attempts to track down the terrorists and stop their plans for mass casualties. Their pursuit leads them from rural Alabama to the Gulf Coast, to Key West. Along the way, they receive help from a CIA officer as the global implications of the attack are uncovered.
