This story is about children learning the value of a promise. During the story, children will learn how to deal with the consequences of their everyday choices and understand the diff erence between right and wrong. Children learn obedience, empathy, respect, sharing, helping others, honesty, making friends, working hard, listening, giving thanks, caring, and kindness. Parents can use the book to teach children the truth of God's word and the attributes of his son Jesus Christ.

Catrina Weatherby lives in China Grove, North Carolina. She is a pastor's wife, mother of three, registered nurse, and director of Grace Covenant Preschool. Soon after she retired from nursing, she began living out her dream to work with her husband, Pastor Glynn, at the church while teaching preschoolers the love and compassion of Jesus Christ. Catrina loves God and loves children. She desires to help children learn how to develop and apply Christian values to their lives. She has three Labradors- Milo, Dixie, and Duke.
