A dragon named Dugan has an unusual problem. He laughs all the time and because of his inability to believe in himself he cannot do what dragons aresupposed to do, breathe fire. His love for his new friends teaches him to believe.

Chris Bender lives near Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has recently retired and getting back to what she loves, writing, reading and traveling.She has three children and seven wonderful grandchildren.
