Born into love but shaped by trauma, Dr. Chrishell Lewis shares her powerful journey from a wounded child to a woman of triumph in this unforgettable Christian memoir.

From the vibrant streets of New Orleans to the quiet suburbs of Texas, Trauma, Tragedy, & Triumph chronicles one woman's extraordinary path through darkness into God's light. When four-year-old Chrishell was sent upstairs with a simple sandwich, she had no idea her life would change forever. What followed was years of sexual abuse, family violence, eating disorders, and a desperate search for love that nearly cost her everything.

But this isn't just a story of survival-it's a testament to God's relentless pursuit of His daughters.

Through seventeen intimate chapters, Dr. Lewis reveals how God used each tragedy to build something beautiful. From finding Christ as a twelve-year-old girl to confronting her abuser decades later, from struggling with bulimia to discovering true love with her husband Killrain, every page pulses with raw honesty and unwavering faith.

Whether you're walking through your own valley of trauma, supporting someone who is, or simply seeking to understand how God works in the midst of our deepest pain, this memoir offers hope. Dr. Lewis writes with the wisdom of a counselor, the heart of a survivor, and the faith of a woman who discovered that trauma is not her destination-it's part of her testimony.

"Trauma is part of my life story, but not my ending. I began life as a loved daughter and will end it as a beloved daughter of God."

Trauma, Tragedy, & Triumph is more than a memoir-it's an invitation to healing, a roadmap to redemption, and a reminder that no matter how broken your story feels, God specializes in beautiful endings.
