With the threat of another gate opening to the faerie world, Isaac and Yara desperately search for clues to its location and the identity of the next Knight. A startling discovery in Louisiana leads them across the world to Eastern Africa in search of a powerful djinn.

Isaac and Yara are transported to an alternate universe where Isaac had never become a Light Keeper. Only Yara has memories of their real world, and it is up to her to convince Isaac to become the hero he was always meant to be. There's just one problem. Every time Isaac experiences something new, he resets and becomes a different version of himself.
