How does a person know where the line is beyond which one dare not go? And what might be important enough, or precious enough, to compel a person to cross that line anyway? How far is too far?
These are the questions addressed in 'Beyond Here There Be Dragons': a novel comprised of four distinct sections totaling approximately 300 pages.
The story revolves around Bear Koliinski and a small group of his fellow rock climbers who, under normal circumstances, constantly test the limits. After a chance encounter with a pair of dark puppet-masters, they are all drawn into a world where dreams of fame and fortune are dangled before them, enticing them into a dangerous competition where winning may simply mean surviving. Bexar recognizes what is happening and, with the aid of an unlikely ally, must struggle with a newfound terror of heights as he attempts to save his best friend and the woman he loves.
