D.S. Foster, while incarcerated, received, pioneered, and developed the Most Effective Discipleship Seeds (MEDS) in response to his heart's desire to serve others effectively. He is living proof that God uses the humbled and broken to accomplish His Kingdom purposes. Through MEDS, Foster has significantly transformed many lives through this proven discipleship practiced in the enjoyment of fellowship and the Holy Spirit's power. His unique "conceptual learning" and "pay it forward" approach has benefitted multitudes of believers.
