"The Shapes We Make" is a talk music album (under the artist name "dance myth") and now/instantly a book of meditations and poems to pause and sit with. If you want you can follow along with the album or just be here now, like you already are. The following pages are my thoughts, just like you have, and I try to write down the things I think I about. I see a tree and think about it and there are either words or there isn't. I've seen thousands of trees, probably more. I've sat by them, cut them down, climbed them, and they just are, with even more tree under the ground helping it live and grow. It reaches out everywhere above and below to live and it's fine. Sometimes it's hidden, sometimes it grows and blooms and sometimes it fades and dies, but it's all a part of the process.
I'm glad you are here.
You got you here!
Thank you for taking the time
with and for yourself.
"This isn't for you, it's for me."
Now repeat that sentence
until you are ready to move on,
and then move.
