Dan Afflerbach was raised outside Seattle near Issaquah in a large family. He was educated in Issaquah and at the University of Washington. He currently works in the Computer Networking field. His time spent away from work and writing is spread between sailing, soccer, and family. This is his third novel. The first two are Return for Vengeance and Timber and Dreams.
