'This is a compilation of everything I know about helping children and teenagers to deal with anxiety. If I have learned how to help, then you can too.'
Anxiety touches nearly one in three children, shaping how they experience the world. For parents, watching your child struggle can feel overwhelming - but by learning to Fear Less, you can help your child navigate worries with greater confidence.
With three decades of clinical experience, Dr David Coleman offers a clear lens on what anxiety looks like, why it arises and how it affects children. Using a 10-step system, he empowers you to respond effectively by giving you the right words and actions to help your child face challenges, build resilience and move through life with a little more ease - and a lot less fear.
'Every parent needs David Coleman in their back pocket and this book shows us how to manage our emotions while learning how to help our children manage theirs. It is an invaluable tool for your parenting kitbag!' CLAIRE BYRNE
