David H. Holtzman (Herndon, VA) has designed and built numerous information-based software systems. Holtzman has been a security consultant for several organizations, both public and private, including Gen. Wesley Clark's 2004 presidential campaign. He is the author of Privacy Lost: How Technology Is Endangering Your Privacy. Currently he is the president of GlovalPOV, a firm he founded to explore significant technology issues and their effects on society.
