Teddy Hedgehog is a very unhappy little hedgehog, and he feels that his family takes advantage of him. He is finding that growing up has its pains and unhappiness. He wanders into an incredible adventure that helps him cope with the discomfort of growing pains.

I live in Monroe, Louisiana and was raised an Army brat. I grew up in a very regimented household. My childhood was a wonderful old-fashioned type of childhood and Army life served me well. I feel blessed and fortunate to have had the life experiences I saw growing up in a military environment. I believe that it imprinted who I am as a person. Readers will enjoy my old-fashioned approach to the language and mannerism that were expected of children, when I was a child.
