He pioneered the Intentional Integration Initiative, presented to the NJ Legislature, and taught as an adjunct professor at Rowan University. A champion of equity and innovation, Dr. Taylor now advises educational entities post-retirement while serving with Hazard Young Attea & Associates and Equal Opportunity Schools.
