Orphaned and sent to live with her strict Aunt Polly, young Pollyanna enters a world of rules and cold formality. But she is no ordinary child: she has a special gift for finding the good in every situation, no matter how difficult. With her famous "Glad Game," Pollyanna touches the lives of everyone around her-neighbors, the sick, the lonely-teaching them that even in the darkest moments, there is always something to be glad about.

First published in 1913, Pollyanna is a beloved classic of children's and young adult literature, a heartfelt tribute to hope, gratitude, and the transformative power of kindness.
