Dr. Abraham holds a PhD degree in Development Studies, from the University of Greenwich, UK. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana. Dr. Ernest Mensah Abraham is currently the Ag. Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He previously served as the Vice-Dean of the same Faculty for a little over a year and the Head of Department (HOD) of Business Administration in the same Faculty.
He introduced a lot of innovations into academic leadership and administration during his tenure as HOD. Prior to serving as HOD, he was the Research Officer for the same Department for several years. Dr. Ernest Mensah Abraham's research interests and focus span themes in Management, Entrepreneurship, Environment, Climate Change, and Livelihoods.
He lectures in courses within his research focus in the University. He deploys various technology in the execution of his daily tasks. He has supervised students at both the undergraduate and the postgraduate levels and has published in various reputable journals. He has presented papers at several national and international conferences. He serves on different academic committees and boards, to help advance the cause of the University of Professional Studies, Accra. He has consulted for a number of private and public institutions within themes in his research interests.
