What would you do to live forever? Lindy makes a deal with Death itself. So long as she helps keep the cycle of life and death in balance she will live. Lindy sees and changes the history of the fantasy world she lives in over thousands of years, not because she likes the tasks she must do to keep the world balanced, but because she wants to live. In the process Lindy tries to find something to live for and fix the things she has broken with her own hands.
