Rues de Mort
(Streets of Death)
In a world fueled by drugs, diamonds, and death . . . only ghosts survive.
In the heart-pounding sixth installment of the acclaimed Ghost Commando series, "Rues de Mort" (Streets of Death) propels readers into a global crucible of corruption, human trafficking, and brutal justice. When a sinister narcoterrorism network begins trading Colombian cocaine for African blood diamonds, a vicious cycle of death is unleashed.
For Adélard and his elite team of Ghost Commandos. Graham, Jojo, Henri, Julio, and Noel. The mission is clear: infiltrate, disrupt, and dismantle this criminal hydra before it plunges half the world into chaos.
But the battlefield has changed.
As Chinese intelligence operatives move to destabilize the Caribbean and rogue Wagner units prop up brutal warlords in Central Africa, the squad finds unexpected allies in one of the most dangerous regions on Earth. Deep in the Central African Republic, Adélard's unit joins forces with the formidable Captain Djomo Ngar, leader of a government-sanctioned undercover strike team whose only mission is to free their homeland from the criminals who have enslaved it. Ruthless and fearless, Djomo's strike team forges a bond with the Ghost Commandos of trust and valor.
Meanwhile, the Ghost Commandos welcome a bold new addition to their ranks. Colin Aubert, a sharp-eyed, sharp-tongued sniper fresh out of training. Colin's cocky charm and sniper precision add a new layer of unpredictability to the elite team already known for defying the impossible.
"Rues de Mort" masterfully combines tension, strategy, and unwavering courage. It's a story of men who refuse to look away, who fight for the voiceless, and who disappear into the shadows so that others might live in the light.
The Ghost Commandos are back, and the world needs them more than ever.
Autorentext
Hello, my name is Fabio Tagliasacchi. As a professor of mathematics, I spend my days immersed in a world of numbers, equations, and confused college students. But when the academic day ends, and I am not busy shopping with my wife, Rita, or enjoying my children and grandchildren, my creative mind takes over, and I put on my cape as an independent author. I have built a collection of excellent novels, if I say so myself. I assure you each one has been a grand journey that has given me great pleasure to write.
A Whimsical Approach
When I'm deep into writing the next installment of my Ghost Commando or Mark Diamond series and the muse decides to pack her bags and head out for an extended vacation, I have a unique coping mechanism. While others might turn to a self-destructive binge of mind-altering substances or a new physical obsession . . . like setting up a permanent residence in a local gym . . . I opt for a much more practical and, frankly, fun approach. I simply hop from one book to another. Which in turn means that I have two, sometimes three, books in the works at various stages at all times.
This is how I ended up writing a military thriller series (Ghost Commando), a children's fantasy (Kentucky Greens), a divine fantasy with angels and cowboys (Whispers), an adventure series (Mark Diamond), a fictional biography of my family (Immigrant), and, most recently, a horror anthology of short stories (Nightmares).
Some might call this erratic and chaotic, but for me, it's a strategy. By jumping between different genres and themes, I keep my mind in a constant state of creative churn. The change of pace and topic is often all it takes to reignite my inspiration, brings the muse out of hibernation, and keep my keyboard humming.
Plus, it has the added benefit of keeping me out of a whole lot of trouble!
Whichever of my novels you end up reading, know that it is your pleasure in doing so that drives me.
PS Thank you for supporting me. Fabio
