Frances Hart lives in Southern California. She was employed for over 30 years as an elementary school teacher and is now retired. Hart graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, with a BA in Anthropology; National University with an MA in Education; and Pacific Oaks College with a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
