Gaylynn Lucas Brenoel has received recognition from International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs, Who's Who in Executive Women, Outstanding Young Women of America, The Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, and Women Business Owners of North Florida as a finalist in 1998. She earned an MBA from Jacksonville University and a PhD in business administration in 2000. She was awarded third place by the National League of American Penwomen in 2000. She was the 2005-2006 recipient of the Business Associate of the Year by the Northeast Sunrise Charter Chapter of ABWA. Other books by this author include "Yours, Joseph," "The Squirrel Rescuers Handbook," and "Forest Faeries: The Shadetail Tribe." Dr. Brenoel lives in Northeast Michigan with her husband and best friend, Mic, two cats and a teacup toy poodle.
