Gerald Young is a senior management associate with the ICMA Center for Performance Measurement". He has been with ICMA since 1998. He also served for eight years in local government with the cities of Loma Linda and Chula Vista, California. He earned a master's in Public Administration from the University of Kansas, and bachelor's degrees in mathematics/computer science and political science from Loyola University Chicago. He and his family live in Granville, Ohio.
