'Living with Thyroid Cancer' is a sequel to 'Thyroid Cancer for Beginners' which is also included, and so the reader has two books in one. The book brings the reader up to date from my diagnosis of thyroid cancer in June 2005 and subsequent treatments right up until June 2014, with snippets of family life added for extra interest.

Glenda Shepherd is a British author of non-fiction autobiographical books on thyroid cancer, and also a writer of women's fiction under a pseudonym. She lives in the East of England and works part-time as a medical secretary.
