Bob the scientist is a genius, but he is not infallible. He is a man of mistakes, and mistake #1 is when he visits another universe where he becomes trapped. There he must find a way out, and to do so, he enrolls in a zany university in which countries are people -- from America to Zimbabwe. Chaos, and conflict are abound as the scientist tries to escape the madness. But Bob needs help, and so he befriends a popular student named America. This is mistake #2.
