Since Joshua Slocum first sailed solo around the world, solo sailors have been crossing the world's oceans but rarely visiting Antarctica. It's rarer still for a solo sailor to land on all seven continents. This book is the detailed account of just such a voyage, a voyage that will directly interest sailors but also anyone fascinated by the life and travel adventures of a solo sailor. From making critical boat repairs in the treacherous waters of the Drake Passage, to savoring the mystery and solitude of the open ocean, to meeting other amazing sailors, this is a unique story that will intrigue anyone drawn to compelling travel adventures.
