Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Ilyas C. Renwick is a former middle and high school teacher that engendered a passion for writing over the years. He now lives in Michigan with his family. He has a wonderful wife, who he calls "Kitten," who happens to be his best critic, greatest encourager, and closest friend. They both have seven children together who complete their lives and keep them very busy.
