FBI Special Agent Jade Harrington holds the line in a case that hits too close to home, personally and professionally. A bullied boy in a Washington, DC suburb commits suicide after being beaten. Within days, the bodies of his classmates are discovered-with injuries similar to the victims of TSK. But Jade knows TSK is dead. Meanwhile, massive protests erupt across the country. President Whitney Fairchild must quell them while dealing with an obstructionist Congress and a long-kept secret, all of which threaten to destroy her and sink her presidency before it has really begun. Vengeance. Betrayal. Justice. Duty. The thrills of Don't Speak continue with Rule of Law.
