This is a book that dismantles long held myths and challenges both societal and religious misconceptions about the LGBTQ community. Through thoughtful scriptural analysis, it exposes errors in interpretation and invites the reader to refocus on the truths that genuinely matter- truths too often overshadowed or ignored by society. Surely, this cannot undo the wrongs committed against this beautiful community or erase the hurt or cruel societal narratives, however I fully expect that it will spark unlearned comments and fiery debates, of which I choose to be uninvolved. If one person struggling to embrace their own "Difference" finds hope in these pages, then this book has served its purpose.
