Jean-Philippe Aumasson is the author of Serious Cryptography (No Starch Press) and The Hash Function BLAKE (Springer). He has a PhD in cryptography from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne. He has spoken widely at conferences and authored 40+ peer-reviewed research papers. He co-founded the companies Taurus Group and Teserakt.
