Tyranis must not happen again.

But not everyone wants peace. The true conflict is not between human and ky'iin or between verr and glen, but rather between war and peace, the oldest conflict of all.
Can the council delegates and their friends put together a framework of peace while under the guns of war? Can they build something when powerful forces seek to tear everything apart?
