This book is the fourth in a series of guides for the four main formatting styles (APA, Harvard, Chicago and Vancouver), and focuses on the Vancouver endnotes format, in compliance with ICMJE style recommendations. Information is given on both the in-text and endnote requirements of the Vancouver format.
