Joe M. Aguilar comes from Hispanic heritage. Balancing culture, beliefs and family in a career structured to protect our countries border. He was promoted as a Senior Patrol agent in the first five years of his career and later became a Supervisory Border Patrol agent. Throughout his career his leadership and mentorship had an impact on agents and trainees that have now become leaders and mentors for the new generation.
