John M. Drescher of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, has served as a pastor in three congregations, as bishop or overseer in three conferences, Moderator of the Mennonite Church in North America, editor of 'Gospel Herald', and as a seminary teacher. He is married to Betty Keener. They have five married children, fourteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Drescher has authored 37 books, of which more than a dozen relate to husband/ wife and parent/child relationships.
